I know many of us want to be finished with 2020. But sometimes if we have not given ourselves space to process fear or grief those emotions can get stuck inside of us. Sometimes they will stay there for a very long time and can impact our lives for years to come.
This guided meditation will give you a little space to lovingly let go of any conscious or unconscious fears, grief or even shame from this past year.
It pairs really well with 10-15 minutes of private journaling (post-meditation).
