How To Get To Bed Early And Wake Up Early

For the past 3 years I’ve been waking up between 4 AM and 5 AM. In that same time, I’ve also been going to bed at around midnight if not later. 

Yes, I realize that’s not much sleep. Yet somehow I have been really productive. 

But after learning about the science of sleep, I finally decided that 4 to 5 hours of sleep is NOT a good long-term plan for me. 

So for the past 3 months, I’ve been researching and experimenting ways to get my butt to sleep at a decent time. For the most part it’s been very successful. On average I am getting to bed at around 10 PM. This is huge for me. 

Occasionally I still end up falling asleep at midnight, but I’m going for consistency—not perfection. And every week I am getting better at resting my mind, body and soul. 

In this video I share some of my best tricks that have helped me get to bed at a decent time.

Meditation For The New Year (Guided Meditation For 2021)

It's the Winter Solstice. Also there are some BIG energetic things happening TODAY with the planets. Very very very rare time in history. ⁣

Today is the perfect day to let go of 2020 and begin to step POWERFULLY into 2021. ⁣

This is honestly one of my favourite meditations I have made in the past year. I highly recommend it to anyone that is ready to supercharge themselves on this rare and powerful energetic day. ⁣
