I'm feeling a strong urge to RESET. So today I'm starting a 33-day challenge to rewire my brain and my dopamine receptors… which if I'm honest took a bit of a beating these last 2 weeks.
I have tinkered with each of these tasks in 2020, but I’m excited to explore what comes up in a more publicly accountable 33-day challenge.
Here is my NO-list for the next 33 days:
No semen release (yes, you read that correctly)
No phones past 8pm
No phones before 8am
No Netflix
No TikTok
No work past 8pm
No Instagram (besides content creation + DMs)
And here is my YES-list for the next 33 days:
Yes morning meditation
Yes evening meditation
Yes daily journaling (AKA Morning Pages)
Yes yoga
Yes walks in nature
Yes reading daily
Yes buying a flip phone (with no apps)
Which do you guys think will be the most challenging? Which do you think will be the most rewarding?
