33 Day Challenge Starting… Now

I'm feeling a strong urge to RESET. So today I'm starting a 33-day challenge to rewire my brain and my dopamine receptors… which if I'm honest took a bit of a beating these last 2 weeks.

I have tinkered with each of these tasks in 2020, but I’m excited to explore what comes up in a more publicly accountable 33-day challenge. 

Here is my NO-list for the next 33 days:

  1. No semen release (yes, you read that correctly)

  2. No phones past 8pm

  3. No phones before 8am

  4. No Netflix

  5. No TikTok

  6. No work past 8pm

  7. No Instagram (besides content creation + DMs)

And here is my YES-list for the next 33 days:

  1. Yes morning meditation

  2. Yes evening meditation

  3. Yes daily journaling (AKA Morning Pages)

  4. Yes yoga

  5. Yes walks in nature

  6. Yes reading daily

  7. Yes buying a flip phone (with no apps)

Which do you guys think will be the most challenging? Which do you think will be the most rewarding?
